These Terms and Conditions apply to the PSL AI-Mogged,Looksmax and Jaw mobile application (referred to as the “Application”), provided by Arham RR Studio (referred to as the “Service Provider”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the Application.
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of September 2, 2026.
Use of the Application
The Application provides AI-powered features that may analyze photographs and generate ratings, assessments, recommendations, predictions, visual results, or other content related to appearance and facial characteristics.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
AI-Generated Results and Recommendations
The Application uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate certain analyses, scores, ratings, recommendations, and other results.
These results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, consistent, or suitable for every user.
The Application is intended primarily for informational and entertainment purposes. Results provided by the Application should not be considered medical, psychological, professional, or expert advice.
Appearance ratings, facial assessments, attractiveness scores, recommendations, or similar outputs are subjective and may vary depending on factors such as image quality, lighting, camera angle, facial expression, hairstyle, and the technology used by the Application.
You should use your own judgment when relying on any information or recommendations provided by the Application.
Photos and User Content
Certain features of the Application may require you to upload, capture, or provide photographs, videos, or other content.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and upload any content you submit through the Application.
You must not upload photographs, videos, or other content belonging to another person without their permission where such permission is required.
You must not use the Application to upload, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise violates the rights of another person.

Eligibility
The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
By using the Application, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements applicable in your country or that you have any necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian.
If you are under the age required to independently consent to digital services in your jurisdiction, you should use the Application only with appropriate parental or guardian permission.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The Application may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases.
The price, billing period, features, and conditions associated with a purchase or subscription will be displayed before you complete the transaction.
Payments are processed through the relevant application marketplace, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and may also involve third-party subscription management services.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period, subject to the rules and terms of the application marketplace through which the subscription was purchased.
You are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions through your Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other applicable account settings.
Deleting or uninstalling the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Refunds
Payments, refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are generally handled according to the policies of the application marketplace through which the purchase was made.
The Service Provider does not control the refund policies of Apple, Google, or other third-party payment platforms.
Where required by applicable law, you may also have additional statutory rights regarding purchases and refunds.
Intellectual Property
The Application and all associated materials, including but not limited to software, algorithms, graphics, designs, logos, text, interfaces, features, and other content created by the Service Provider, are owned by or licensed to Arham RR Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or commercially exploit any part of the Application except where expressly permitted by applicable law or with prior written authorization from the Service Provider.
The Application is provided to you for personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable use.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its systems, servers, or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application, except where permitted by law
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Application without authorization
- Use automated systems, bots, scripts, scraping tools, or similar technologies to access or misuse the Application
- Upload content that infringes copyrights, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights belonging to another person
- Use the Application to harass, impersonate, defame, or harm another individual
- Attempt to bypass subscription restrictions, payment systems, security measures, usage limits, or other technical protections
The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the Application if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
Third-Party Services
The Application may use or integrate third-party products and services.
These third parties may operate under their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, operation, content, security, or practices of third-party services that are outside its reasonable control.
Third-party services used by the Application may include services for subscriptions, analytics, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, storage, or other functionality.
Internet and Device Requirements
Certain Application features may require an active internet connection.
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application is unavailable or does not function properly because of internet connectivity issues, device limitations, operating system restrictions, third-party outages, or other circumstances outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
You are responsible for any mobile data charges, internet fees, or other costs incurred while using the Application.
Application Updates
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time to improve functionality, address technical issues, introduce new features, comply with legal requirements, or support changes to operating systems and devices.
Some updates may be required in order to continue using the Application.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will remain compatible with every device, operating system version, or platform indefinitely.
Availability of the Service
The Service Provider may modify, suspend, discontinue, remove, or restrict any feature or part of the Application at any time where reasonably necessary.
While reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the Application, continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
The Service Provider may also introduce, remove, or modify free and paid features.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that:
- The Application will always operate without interruption or errors
- AI-generated results will always be accurate or reliable
- The Application will meet every user’s expectations
- All defects or technical problems will be corrected immediately
- The Application will always be available on every device or operating system
You use the Application and rely on its results at your own discretion.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arham RR Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Application or its AI-generated results.
This may include, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, business interruption, or decisions made based on information generated by the Application.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Application at any time.
The Service Provider may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms and Conditions, misuse the Application, engage in fraudulent activities, create security risks, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary.
Termination of access does not automatically cancel subscriptions purchased through third-party application marketplaces. Subscriptions should be managed separately through the applicable store account.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, applicable laws, business practices, or services.
When changes are made, the updated Terms and Conditions will be made available through the Application or the relevant website.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Application after updated Terms and Conditions become effective means that you accept the revised terms, where permitted by applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, processed, used, retained, and shared.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
Where applicable law provides consumers with the right to bring proceedings in their local jurisdiction, nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict that right.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full force and effect.
