Arham RR Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) acknowledges and respects the rights granted to individuals (“data subjects”) regarding the processing of their personal data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Upon receipt of an application, Arham RR Studio will review and respond to the request without undue delay and, in principle, within one month from the date the request is received.

Where permitted under the GDPR, this period may be extended where a request is particularly complex or where multiple requests have been received. If an extension is necessary, the applicant will be informed accordingly.

Costs for Requested Information

Data subject requests under the GDPR are generally processed free of charge.

However, where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly because of its repetitive nature, the Company may, where permitted by applicable law, charge a reasonable administrative fee or refuse to act on the request.

If a fee is applicable, the applicant will be informed where required before the request is processed.
